Co: An inclusive workplace for all
We’re all online—all the time. That daily chatter can be rife with unconscious bias. But it’s also an opportunity to become more mindful. I created the product name, UX/UI text, and chatbot scripts for Co:—an app extension for virtual platforms that embeds conscious inclusion into daily work routines.
The first step in challenging biases is to be aware that they’re out there.
Co: offers a spectrum of individual and group tools that help people become more mindful of personal behaviors at work. I collaborated with a UX Designer to write UX/UI text across the app. Here, users can get an at-a-glance view of their meeting participation behaviors in real time—like talk ratio, interruptions, chat usage, and more.
Tracking and monitoring personal behavior changes through continuous self-evaluation is made possible by a custom, private dashboard.
I wrote extensive chatbot scripts for Co:bot—an intention-setting guide for users. Users select an intention to focus on at the start of each week and Co:bot helps them stay on track. Users are also encouraged to evaluate their progress as they work toward fostering conscious inclusion.
